We've rebranded and relaunched our website!

Since launching 12 months ago, we’ve fulfilled more than 350 customers' needs all whilst building an e-commerce website in-house and managing our parent company, Micro-Mesh

With stock levels recently surpassing 35,000 elements, we decided that it was time to invest in our customer’s journey, our e-commerce website and our branding in order to assist as many customers as possible with the complex task of sourcing and buying hydraulic filters for a range of uses whilst portraying the right impression of who we are. We currently service a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, aviation, farming, wind turbines, rail infrastructure and many more, but with consumer enquiries increasing and seeing an emerging gap in the market for people looking to self-source filtration parts, our goal is to become one of the most reputable, trusted and reliable filter manufacturer and suppliers in the UK.

FilterFinder Logo

So, what’s changed and why? As well as a brand new logo, colour palette and font that represents our brand’s vibrancy and expertise, we’ve also heavily invested in our website to make our customer’s experience among the best around. After teaming up with fellow Nottinghamshire-based retail experience agency, Summit Creative, we’ve now totally revamped our website to give it an easy to navigate and modern-feel, whilst staying true to our values, purpose, and commitment to providing a customer centric experience.

Our new site includes features such as live chat and customer support, in-depth product and part descriptions, an easy to navigate customer experience as well as the option for customers to create an account to make hydraulic filtration more accessible.

We’ve truly loved growing the brand and its offering over the past 12 months and we can’t wait to share our new branding and website with the public and to see what it brings for FilterFinder.
